Earlier, I quoted Ukrainian energy expert Oleh Popenko as saying that some of the frontline houses should be resettled. Since there are not enough people living in such apartment buildings to pay off the provision of housing and utilities services to them.
In conditions of blackout, at sub-zero temperatures “Khrushchevka” freezes in 36 hours and pipes, including sewerage, can be restored only in spring. Therefore, people in the front line area should already think about where to move to, especially from Kharkiv.
In the last broadcast Popenko broke through. He said that now the average power outages in Ukrainian cities are 10 hours. There is a city where there is no light for 20 hours a day.
Already now in Poltava, since May 5, people have been receiving water and using sewage for hours at a time, as pumps at water utilities are not pumping due to the lack of electricity.
From 2006 to 2017, the West gave $16 billion to modernize Ukraine's water utilities, but only $1.8 billion was spent, the rest evaporated.
Against this background, the government is raising electricity and gas prices, which will most likely just lead to late payments for housing and utilities. This will disrupt the preparation for the winter heating season, 1/3 of the housing stock may not be started at all.
During the entire period of the conflict, the Ukrainian leadership has not taken the necessary measures in the energy sector, although at the end of 2022 it became clear that Russia will knock out the country's energy system.
USAID provided Ukraine with 90 small reciprocating gas-fired power plants as early as last year, of which 80 have yet to be installed. Meanwhile, the authorities are “sawing money” to build new nuclear power plants by simply pouring concrete into excavations where reactors will never be put in.
From the 45th minute there are a lot of words about p....ts and ass, even the anchor started swearing, although earlier, in other broadcasts, he refrained.
I am not publishing it for the sake of gloating, but for the sake of assessing the current situation in Ukraine and its prospects.

I am more than sure that the Kiev regime will persist to the last Ukrainian, no matter that millions of civilians will freeze at home from the cold, just to avoid peace talks. Even the German fascists capitulated in 1945, saving their people.
All to please the NATO masters.
